Allison has a dream of a husband and wife committing a murder/suicide. D.A. Devalos introduces her to a friend of his, Detective Lee Scanlon, whose sister and sister's husband were also ruled a murder/suicide, and sees a connection. Although, after learning of Allison's gift, Scanlon decides he doesn't want her help - until he learns she really has the "gift."
01.04 Night of the Wolf January 24, 2005
Allison tries convincing Devalos that she heard a witness giving misinformation to a police sketch artist, making them look for the wrong man. Meanwhile, 6-year-old Bridgette's new playmate indicates that another member of the family can see the dead.
01.05 In Sickness and Adultery January 31, 2005
Allison seeks help from another psychic about a biopsy Joe is having done. The psychic tells her that Joe is fine -- but her marriage might be in trouble. Allison meets a dead police officer and discovers the gun that murdered him is buried in his coffin with him. The defense attempts to expose Allison for what she is but backs off when she explains whom she is not.

Allison dreams that a man kidnaps Ariel, and is then shocked when she meets the man in real life. However, the man is clean as a whistle, a "human oddity," an "honest-to-God good samaritan" — he just might not be in the future. Allison and Joe prepare for the possibility that she might be pregnant again.

A young woman commits suicide by jumping off a cliff in Allison's dream. An attorney and his son are both involved with this young woman.

Allison dreams her brother is dead, but the next day he appears at her door and he has come with a few secrets. Allison has trouble communicating with a girl who died in a house fire.

Ariel has a dream about a girl that she thinks is real, however Allison believes that it is just a dream--at first.

A recurring dream about two boys trying to cross train tracks has been keeping Allison awake. Desperate for some sleep, she visits a doctor who researches mediums and psychics.

Sick with a cold, Allison's medium abilities go a little whacky and she receives a dream that leads her to investigate an old 1960s murder. The husband from a husband/wife team of an Ozzie and Harriet-style show murdered his wife and was imprisoned for it. But there is more to the story than meets the eye.

Allison, Devalos, and Scanlon investigate a murder perpetrated by the 'ghost' of a man whose execution they witnessed. Meanwhile, Allison discovers information about a troubled mom's past.

Allison wrestles with turning in a man who killed his wife when her visions reveal that he will prevent a plane from crashing in the future.

When a case from ten years before is re-opened, Allison sees that the convicted man is innocent, and that someone she knows and trusts may have been involved in his framing.

Allison encounters a psychopathic doctor who raped and murdered numerous teenage girls years ago. After learning that an evil soul has been possessing people, she sets forth to stop it before a new victim is found. Meanwhile, Ariel's math teacher accuses her of cheating and Joe steps up to her defense.

After seeing Capt. Kenneth Push in a vision at a murder scene, Allison calls upon his assistance to find a serial killer. However, the only way Capt. Push can help is by literally putting his life on the line.

With Captain Push still in a coma, it seems as though his plan has failed unless Allison can receive his message.

A deafening continuous stream of "I Will Survive" in Allison's head and a lost MP3 player are the starting point to a case of a missing college girl.
02.03 Time Out of Mind October 3, 2005
Allison gets stuck in a dream loop, where she is a mental patient undergoing barbaric experimental treatment. When she investigates she finds that, in 1959, there was a patient called Beverley who claimed she was really Allison DuBois living in 2005. Allison has to work out why she is dreaming about Beverley and what it has to do with the schizophrenic murderer she and the DA are prosecuting. She finds that Beverly faked killing her daughter to save her from her father but now her daughter needs Allison's help.
02.04 Light Sleeper October 10, 2005
Allison is sleepwalking, her dreams are forcing her to go and find money. Her sleepwalking is not only frightening her family, but it is also getting in the way of an investigation into the disappearance of a businessman and his young son. She discovers that the father was being blackmailed and died in a car crash while driving to hand over the ransom money.
02.05 Sweet Dreams October 17, 2005
Allison has flashbacks to her high school years, when the ghost of an old man warned her not to let her best friend leave to follow her dreams of being a model. Allison must connect the flashbacks to the kidnapping of the 'difficult' daughter of one of Devalos' friends, a pornographic video and 4 liters of blood in a car.
02..06 Dead Aim October 24, 2005
A recurring dream of the DA's office staff being slaughtered makes Allison very jumpy at work, which doesn't help when Watt brings in a rival psychic to help defend his client. Meanwhile, for Joe, taking Bridget to work with him turns out to be not all fun and crayons.
02.07 Judge, Jury & Executioner November 7, 2005
Joe gets called to jury duty, but Allison cannot share her dreams with Joe. Devalos tells her to stay away from the case. The man is found not guilty even though Allison dreams how he killed his wife. She leads the police to the body of the wife. After the discovery of his daughter's body parts, the father hunts his son-in-law down and shoots him 23 times.
02.08 Too Close To Call November 14, 2005
A flame from Joe's past emerges, Allison gets mixed up and has dreams from Joe's past. The DA is running for re-election. Allison dreams that a murder will ruin his chances.
02.09 Still Life November 21, 2005
Allison gets a recurring dream about Maria Soto being stabbed which leads her to an investigation concluding that Maria was stabbed in a conspiracy to get her baby boy, Jackson.
02.10 The Reckoning November 28, 2005
A woman is killed and she wants her hit-and-runners to own up so she can pass on, so Ariel tries to make friends.
02.11 Method to His Madness January 2, 2006
A dead man's ego disrupts Allison's life when his "reputation" is on the line. The dead serial killer makes Allison see how he would have chosen victims. She realizes that someone else (the M.E.) killed the last victim.
02.12 Doctor's Orders January 9, 2006
Allison is arrested for assault; she begins to dream of Dr. Charles Walker mentoring Doctors to murder again. The episode is continuation of the first season episode "Penny for Your Thoughts".
02.13 Raising Cain January 23, 2006
Allison dreams about the future of a little boy whose mother tries to kill him. The mother is convinced the boy is evil. The boy has a future as a killer or a good person. Ariel gets her own bedroom.
02.14 A Changed Man February 6, 2006
Allison slips and has trouble remembering, a possibility is revealed as to how Allison sees what she sees. A changed man after losing his memory turns out to be a prostitute murderer.
02.15 Sweet Child O' Mine February 27, 2006
It is revealed that Allison nearly had a son, The truth comes out over a woman who stole a child and claimed the child as her own so she could look after him properly. Bridget finds a sick dog who is dying.
02.16 Allison Wonderland March 6, 2006
Bridget writes a story after her she hears the last of her favorite stories. Allison helps get justice for a man who was murdered so that her sister's husband could make money after his "mission" was completed.

Allison dreams her brother is involved in a bank robbery, her brother Michael also comes to see Allison and he believes he is seeing a real woman who turns out to be dead.

Allison's secret is almost revealed when she tries to help catch a serial rapist/murderer. Bridget wonders what her mom really does at the DA.

It is revealed that Detective Lee Scanlon became addicted to drugs while on an undercover assignment and was engaged to a woman who belonged to a drug dealer family. The woman comes to Lee looking for information about her dead "drug mules." Ariel's essay is chosen as the "winner" and she is selected to go on a trip to read her presentation.

Allison helps save a blind woman from a man with an obsession with watching sleeping women. An innocent man who is denied parole finally goes free when the man admits to murder.
02.21 Death Takes a Policy May 8, 2006
Allison is plagued by dreams of her own demise, with an enigmatic man of whom she thinks as the Angel of Death (Kelsey Grammer). While helping the DA investigate the murder of a doctor, Allison discovers that "Death" is really a businessman who was in cahoots with the doctor tricking patients into taking out a new type of insurance plan that pays for experimental medicines.

Distressed from work, Allison falls asleep and dreams of a whole new life in which she is a successful attorney. When she starts having psychic visions again, no one believes her, except for Joe, who does not know her in this life.

Allison awakens from a dream of losing her legs in a car crash with a murderer, to find that the events from her dream are all happening in real life.

When nemesis Dr. Charles Walker, begins to reappear in Allison's dreams, she fears his spirit may be returning to continue his evildoing by inhabiting the living. Her fears escalate when she meets a young man who has an uncanny resemblance to the serial killer from the late 1800s.

As tensions escalate in Joe's office, Allison and Ariel both have visions of the tragedy.

Allison investigates the case a woman's murdered husband, while her brother Michael gets a job as a telephone hotline psychic which leads him to visit a distressed customer in Arizona - the same customer whose case Allison is investigating. Meanwhile, Bridgette has difficulty explaining to Joe that it was her math teacher who smashed his car window.

Allison keeps awaking from confusing dreams where she is out in the snow, which leads to the discovery of a young woman’s body. Meanwhile, Joe, who’s still coping with the repercussions of the shooting at work, returns to the office for the first time since the tragedy.

Allison is confused when her dreams of a man murdering his wife keep occurring, even after she helped Devalos convince the jury of the suspected killer's guilt. Through her troubles she manages to make a new friend named Debra. Meanwhile, Joe is frustrated by the therapy sessions that his job enrolled him in, and can't express his feelings to Allison because the recent hostage situation he was in is still greatly affecting him.

The investigation of the murder of Walter Paxton's wife continues, as it is now determined that a serial killer is on the loose. While helping Devalos and Scanlon with the case, Allison discovers that her new friend Debra is the next victim. Allison goes to great lengths to protect Debra, but is shocked to find out that her new friend isn't who she thought she was. Meanwhile, Joe debates being part of a lawsuit against Aerodytech, the company to which he's been loyal for years.

Allison begins having disturbing dreams about a young boy snatched from a toy store while shopping with his dad. Unable to turn to Devalos or Scanlon for help, Allison calls Ameri-Tips, a company hired by the missing boy's family, and strikes an unusual deal with their intriguing investigator Cynthia Keener.

Later, an arson-related murder brings Allison, Devalos and Scanlon back together in an unexpected manner.

When Allison’s old automobile sputters and dies, Joe surprises her with an immaculate used car, after being tipped off to a great deal. Unfortunately, the Dubois family discovers that the car is at the center of a horrific, unsolved crime. Meanwhile, Allison meets Joe’s new business partner Meghan Doyle for the first time and begins to feel uneasy about the attractive venture capitalist.

Allison's visions help Scanlon get a lead on the person responsible for a meticulous, brutal hit on a wealthy local drug dealer, but both are confused when her dreams of a charming killer direct them to Joey Carmichael, a severely impaired man with a bullet lodged in his brain. Meanwhile, an awkward moment between venture capitalist Meghan Doyle and Joe could tear their business partnership apart.

Allison is asked to investigate a supposedly haunted house and discovers that a baby drowned on the property previously. When the wife of the new owner seemingly commits suicide, Allison realizes the two events are connected. Meanwhile, Meghan and Joe end their partnership and she sells his idea. Devalos is reinstalled as DA, after Van Dyke's health prevents him from continuing in the position.

Allison tries to help Devalos find the murderer of his friend's sister, however, her visions point toward the friend's husband who was killed in a car crash two years ago.

Allison dreams of murder and blackmail, in which the only witness is a ghost. Pursuing the ghost to seek his help, she finds that he is alive. Meanwhile, Ariel has a weird reaction to her health assignment.

While working on a crime, Allison becomes obsessed with mechanical engineering. Meanwhile, Joe has his colleague over for dinner.
05.04 About Last Night February 23, 2009
Allison wakes up under a highway overpass, with no recollection of the last six hours of her life and clutching a mysterious note. She later finds a woman's sawed off hand in her purse and begins to think she may have killed someone during those six hours. Ariel applies for her learner's permit.
05.05 A Taste of Her Own Medicine March 2, 2009
Allison attempts to help find the daughter of Devalos' friends, who seemed to have simply left town. Meanwhile Joe finds out that he is suffering from sleep deprivation, and Scanlon and Lynn's relationship takes an unexpected turn.

Allison gains the ability to know when people are lying and with this ability discovers a couple murdered their friends, but she can't prove it.
